Introduction
------------
WHIP stands for Webcam Heuristic Interface Program, which is a fancy
way of saying it lets you snap images off a webcam and upload them,
whatever...

Actually, WHIP can take pictures from any video source which runs
through the Windows video system.  It can take pictures from my video
capture card as well.  So far it's only been tested with a couple of
cameras, so I'm interested to know how it'll operate...

WHIP is really designed for beginners.  It is designed to provide a
number of options which most webcam software packages don't provide,
such as the offline image, etc.  Most webcams come with proprietory
software - you should get the webcam working with that first.

Installation
------------
To install this software, create a directory, unzip the contents of
this zip file into it, and create a shortcut to whip.exe.  (See
Windows Help for instructions on creating shortcuts...)

WHIP may be distributed free of charge only.  It may only be
